About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore team, supporting recruitment across the Maritime, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing sectors.
This role is ideal for an individual looking to build or develop their recruitment career, with a focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end (360°) recruitment processes for both contract and permanent roles.
- Source, engage, and screen candidates across technical and commercial functions.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment system.
- Support business development activities through market and client research.
- Meet individual KPIs and contribute to overall team performance.
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Experience in Maritime / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Korean (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time-management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and ambition to grow within the recruitment industry.
- Self-motivated and driven individual.
