Legal Consultant

Provide legal advice on IT contracts, including software licensing, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and vendor/client contracts

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to protect company interests

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., data protection, PDPA, intellectual property)

Advise on risk management and legal implications of business decisions and projects

Support contract lifecycle management, including documentation and renewals

Handle dispute resolution, claims, and liaise with external counsel when necessary

Develop and implement internal legal policies, templates, and best practices

Provide guidance on employment-related legal matters and HR policies

Review marketing materials and business proposals for legal risks and compliance

Conduct legal research and keep management updated on regulatory changes impacting the IT industry

Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and statutory filings

Deliver basic legal awareness training to internal stakeholders on compliance and contract practices
