Position Overview

. We are looking for quick thinking, innovative, motivated Recruitment Consultant with demonstrated technical agility to work with our team to help evolve, maintain, troubleshoot and support our recruitment and platform users.

What You'll Do

. Lead full cycle recruitment processes, resume review and sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing, and managing the candidate experience from end to end

.Utilizing resume databases, networks, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, warm and cold calling.

. Accurately post advertisments on all available job seeking platforms to attract potential talents

. Identifying and assessing candidate pool managing candidates through the end to end recruiting process

. Liaise with hiring managers to create compelling offers providing a seamless handover to HR operations for onboarding

. Conducting thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful

. Pitching company's services to potential clients/hiring managers to establish business relationships (business development)

. Administrative and filling duties

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development activities
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
• Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
