Position Overview

. We are looking for quick thinking, innovative, motivated Recruitment Consultant with demonstrated technical agility to work with our team to help evolve, maintain, troubleshoot and support our recruitment and platform users.

What You'll Do

. Lead full cycle recruitment processes and and managing the candidate experience from end to end

. Work with all departments in the organization and find creative ways to approach new hiring challenges

. Grow your candidate pools by utilizing resume databases, networks, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, warm and cold calling.

. Accurately post jobs on all available talent platforms

. Providing regular updates to hiring managers and business leaders partnering with compensation, HR and Hiring Managers to create compelling offers

. Conducting thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful

. Telemart for new business development and opportunities

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min. Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
• Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
