Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.

• Partner closely with clients and/or hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide suitable talent recommendations.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across various industries and job functions.

• Conduct candidate interviews, assess suitability, and provide professional advice on career opportunities.

• Coordinate interview arrangements, salary negotiations, and offer management processes.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry best practices and relevant employment regulations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely updates on hiring progress.

Requirements

• Passion for recruitment and working with people.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow in the talent acquisition field.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
