Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated Employment Personnel to support our sourcing and recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen applicants through various channels (online platforms, referrals, ground outreach)
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates suitability and readiness for overseas employment
- Liaise closely with overseas partners and suppliers to build and maintain a consistent applicant pipeline
- Prepare and organise candidate profiles for client presentation
- Coordinate interview arrangements between employers and applicants
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of applicants and interviews
- Organised and able to manage multiple candidates concurrently
- Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or agency work will be an advantage
- Willing to obtain CEI certification (if not yet certified)
