We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Associate to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for our Delivery Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for Delivery Representatives (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Post job advertisements on MyCareersFuture, job portals, and social media platforms
- Source candidates through various channels including online platforms and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews/phone screenings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and issue employment-related documents (e.g. offer letters)
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates on application status and onboarding process
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs
Requirements:
- Willing to travel between our Pasir Panjang and Woodlands warehouses
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
