As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a vital role in helping organisations fill critical roles quickly and effectively. You will learn the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing to placement - and gain valuable consulting and project management experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases
- Match candidate profiles with client requirements and present shortlisted options
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Support client accounts and assist consultants in delivering hiring projects
- Build candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Contribute to mass recruitment drives and project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Accountable and motivated to achieve results
