About the Role
In this role, you'll be the engine of our talent pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and manage relationships with talent across banking and tech industries. You will work closely with your mentor to understand client needs and find the perfect candidates for their open roles.
Your initial responsibilities will include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Using various platforms and our extensive network to identify and attract potential candidates
- Candidate Management: Conducting initial screening calls, assessing candidate qualifications, and preparing them for client interviews
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating our candidate management system with accurate and detailed information
- Market Research: Staying on top of industry trends and talent movements
