We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers who are eager to start their career in recruitment. You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team by assisting in various administrative and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies
