We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers who are eager to start their career in recruitment. You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team by assisting in various administrative and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies
