About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Recruiting Specialist to join our in-house HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and securing the right talent to support our business needs across the region. You will work closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive end-to-end talent acquisition with a focus on quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple functions and countries, from intake meeting to offer management.
- Actively source, headhunt, and pipeline top talent using creative strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide talent market insights, ensuring smooth and collaborative hiring decisions.
- Lead and support recruitment-related projects such as employer branding, process improvements, or recruitment analytics.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience, representing the companys values and culture at every stage of the process.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, regional or multinational environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong background in headhunting, direct sourcing, and proactive talent pipelining.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust and credibility with business leaders.
- Passionate about people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
