about the job

This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a strategic recruitment partner to lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts across diverse corporate functions and regional territories.

• Design and execute bespoke sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive talent for various business units.

• Act as a consultative advisor to senior leadership by providing market intelligence and data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while maintaining a strong commitment to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal human resources centers of excellence to optimize the candidate journey and elevate the employer brand.

• Proactively build and nurture talent communities for specialized skill sets to ensure a sustainable pipeline for future organizational needs.

skills and experience required.

• At least 4 years of experience in full-lifecycle corporate recruitment, preferably within a large-scale multinational environment.

• Proven expertise in proactive headhunting and strategic sourcing across multiple digital platforms and professional networks.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity and provide guidance to hiring managers.

• Advanced interviewing and assessment competencies with a track record of delivering high-quality talent under tight timelines.

• Prior experience managing recruitment across different geographic regions and familiarity with modern recruitment technologies
