Job Summary
As a Consulting Manager, you will drive growth in our Technology business by managing senior-level recruitment, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering tailored talent solutions.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and execute business development and candidate sourcing activities to expand client and talent networks
- Build and maintain effective in-person relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent aligned with client needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for mid to senior-level technology roles
- Brief and prepare candidates for interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and negotiate remuneration packages to meet client and candidate expectations promptly
- Advise clients and candidates on salary benchmarks, training needs, and career progression to support informed recruitment decisions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of client and candidate databases to facilitate accurate job matching
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and industry knowledge to identify and create business opportunities within the technology sector
- Maintain motivation and drive to consistently achieve performance targets
Required competencies and skills
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment environment with a recent focus on the senior level talent space
- Excellent communication skills with a proven record of building business opportunities through consistent and effective relationship building and client delivery.
