Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
. Source candidates through job portals (e.g. MyCareersFuture), LinkedIn, and other channels
. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
. Maintain candidate pipeline and database
. Prepare and post job advertisements
. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
. Assist with onboarding and documentation when required
Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
. Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience (open to fresh grads with strong interest)
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
. Familiar with job portals such as MyCareersFuture and LinkedIn
. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized
