Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
- Screen applicants to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience
What We're Looking For
- 15 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with platforms like Foundit, Jobstreet, LinkedIn and many more
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
