Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, attract top talent, and support the company's workforce growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms and maintain talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to optimize processes.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and job boards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Singapore/SEA talent market is preferred.
