Job Scope:
- Prepare and pack files for scanning
- Maintain file listings and records in Excel
- Upload and verify scanned documents in the system
- Perform quality checks against physical files
- Coordinate with vendors for collection and delivery
- Transfer documents to online portal when required
- Pack and catalogue files for storage
- Update inventory records
- Coordinate with vendors for collection and delivery
- Prepare and verify files for disposal
- Support disposal process and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Sort and prepare outgoing mail
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Meticulous to detail
- Ability to maintain, update and archive records
