Job Description

Receptionist / FrontofHouse Executive - Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Professional Conduct

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering courteous, professional, and highquality customer service at all times.

  • Maintain a presentable and professional appearance in accordance with SAC grooming standards, wear the prescribed uniform during working hours and preferred work location is Changi East.

    FrontDesk & Visitor Management

  • Welcome, greet, and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel or locations.

  • Handle incoming telephone calls efficiently by identifying the purpose of the call and routing it accurately and promptly.

  • Attend to enquiries from members of the public and internal stakeholders in a responsive and professional manner.

  • Maintain awareness of staff movements within the organisation to support effective visitor coordination.

  • Monitor visitor access at the reception counter and uphold a high level of security awareness at all times.

Mail, Deliveries & Security Protocols

  • Receive, record, and sort incoming mail and deliveries.

  • Escalate suspicious or unaddressed parcels to the Airport Police Division in accordance with established procedures.

Reception Area Upkeep

  • Display daily newspapers and other publications in the reception area.

  • Ensure the reception area is kept tidy, presentable, and operationally ready at all times.

  • Ensure all receptionrelated equipment is functioning properly.

  • Manage and control inventory and consumables related to the reception area.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative and adhoc clerical support as required.

Board Room & Meeting Support

  • Provide onsite support for management meetings held in the Board Room, including:

    • Receiving and directing meeting attendees.

    • Assisting with basic meeting setup (e.g., signage, stationery, refreshments coordination).

    • Providing liaison support before, during, and after meetings as required.

Working Hours

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am - 6.00pm

  • Fridays: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Excluding public holidays)
