IMPORTANT NON-NEGOTIABLE TERMS:
Must be available immediately
Must be able to report for work at 6.45am daily
Monthly basic salary: $2200 (non-negotiable)

Contract Period: Up to 31 December 2025 with option to extend until 31 December 2026
Working hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6.45am - 4 pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
- Fridays: 6.45am - 3.30pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Candidate must be able to report for work at 6.45am daily (working hours non-negotiable)
Job Description:
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work, printing of worksheets and managing correspondences with stakeholders
- Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders
- Handle walk-in customer service
- Administer basic first aid and care for sick students
- Perform printing jobs (for worksheets, booklets, letters, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Must possess GCE N or its equivalent (Critical Criteria)
- Preferably possess Basic First Aid certification
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders
- Ability to multitask with good time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
