Job Description
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming calls by answering, screening, forwarding, and taking messages when required.
- Oversee the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, booking rooms, and arranging appointments
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary
- Assist various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist/office role.
- Good in coordinating appointments, schedules and administrative duties.
- Able to work on Saturday (930am - 2pm)
