. Main Duty - Customer Service Duty (mindset has to meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)

. To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are volumous)

. Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.

. To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc

. To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their child's status every morning.

. To call pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.

. To render first level assistance to walk-in pupils needs including sick & injured pupils. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.

. To handle / support situation when pupils vomit, soiled their clothes.

General Duties

. To assist in canteen matters, utility, FAS application, arrears fee, bus booking, etc

. To help update the school activity notice board in the office (data accuracy is important)

. To maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.

. To assist in general typing duties.

. To assist in Stores supplies management during school holidays

. To support any other general admin duties as and when required

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Full GCE N, or O Level certificate or its equivalent

- Good communication and inter-personal skills in reception duties, preferably in school environment

- Good team player with high level of initiative
