Job Summary
This role supports workplace and office operations to enable a smooth and effective working environment for project teams. The individual will handle office coordination, workplace logistics, and operational support, working independently to manage multiple requests in a fast paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily workplace operations by procuring office supplies and pantry provisions to maintain smooth office functioning
- Coordinate food and logistical arrangements to support team activities and meetings effectively
- Maintain and update operational trackers such as office assets, equipment, and access items to ensure accuracy
- Support office location changes and workspace transitions during designated periods to facilitate smooth moves
- Coordinate meeting schedules and send calendar invites to ensure timely communication
- Track meeting logistics and follow up on arrangements to guarantee meeting readiness
- Organize and communicate meeting details including venue, materials, and attendees for seamless execution
- Prepare meeting materials as required to support team discussions
- Assist with meeting setup and post-meeting follow-ups to ensure smooth event flow
- Maintain and update organisation charts and operational records to keep information current
- Track and manage office-related items such as access cards and asset lists to ensure accountability
- Act as the central point of contact for daily administrative queries to provide timely support
- Liaise with internal teams including facilities, IT, and HR to address operational requests efficiently
