Senior Manager, Clinical Product & Procurement Strategy

A leading healthcare-related organisation is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Procurement (Healthcare Supplies) to join its team in Singapore.

This role is ideal for a Nursing-qualified professional with experience in the healthcare sector who is keen to move into a more strategic role, combining clinical product knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and procurement / sourcing exposure.

You will play a key role in supporting the evaluation and management of healthcare products, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure product suitability, compliance, continuity of supply,and value-driven sourcing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on product specifications, usage, and clinical suitability for healthcare-related supplies
• Support sourcing and category strategies for assigned product groups
• Evaluate new products, alternatives, and innovations for operational and clinical relevance
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support product reviews, standardisation, and optimisation initiatives
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to support vendor performance and product quality
• Ensure products and procurement activities align with relevant standards, policies, and compliance requirements
• Contribute to initiatives focused on cost optimisation, consolidation, and supply continuity

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (mandatory)
• Experience in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with medical / surgical / healthcare supplies or devices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to procurement, sourcing, category management, or supplier/vendor engagement is advantageous
• Analytical skills in Excel and/or Tableau will be a plus

• Location: Central / South Singapore
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week
