Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors so as to ensure that they feel valued and attended to.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception and meeting areas.
  • Coordinate and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • To record incoming and outgoing mail neatly and accurately.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to support daily business operations.
  • Handle stationery, pantry and t-shirt requisition.
  • General administrative and ad-hoc support as required

Requirements:

  • Provision in written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • 5 Days work week
  • Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station
