Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

• Identify opportunities and strategies to improve sales.
• Continuously meeting or exceeding sales quota.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the sales team.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team, conduct regular check-ins.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and store teams to ensure accurate sales forecasting and deadlines are met timely.

Job Requirement

• Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in related field.
• A valid Class 3A driver's license, own car (preferred).
• Minimum years of B2B and/or corporate sales experience, preferably in the metal fabrication field.
• Established network within the metal fabrication and manufacturing industry.
• Must have prior knowledge to the metal fabrication production line work.
• Display strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words and Excel.
