Job Description
- Provide necessary support for all human resource functions
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence
- Schedule or conduct new employee orientations
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
- Gather personnel records from other departments or employees
- Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as hospitals or ministries
- Assist with work pass application and renewal documentation and process
- Assist with workplace insurance and WICA-related documentation and process
- Management of foreign migrant work force that predominately speaks Tamil and Bengali
Requirements
- Appropriate certification in Human Resource, or at least 1 year of HR experience in the CMP industry
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with communicating with migrant workers
- Fluency in Tamil/Bengali would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tach-savvy
- Well-organized and meticulous
