Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and assist in organizing company activities. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients and support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing, and data entry.
Plan, organize, and execute company events, including meetings, training sessions, team-building activities, and corporate culture days.
Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, and ensure efficient use of administrative resources.
Coordinate VIP visits, including scheduling, meetings, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
Take on additional administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Support HR or management with ad-hoc tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in reception, administrative, or event coordination roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Friendly personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
