Job Summary
You will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist the marketing department with clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate team members to support communication flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and meeting rooms to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
- Update calendars and schedule meetings and hotel arrangements accurately to support team planning and travel needs
- Monitor and replenish office supplies including equipment, stationery, and pantry items to ensure availability for daily operations
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks for the marketing department to support their project and communication needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
- Professional, proactive, reliable, with strong communication skills
