Job Summary

You will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist the marketing department with clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate team members to support communication flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and meeting rooms to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings and hotel arrangements accurately to support team planning and travel needs
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies including equipment, stationery, and pantry items to ensure availability for daily operations
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks for the marketing department to support their project and communication needs

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
  • Professional, proactive, reliable, with strong communication skills
