Job Description

The role

You will support the HR & Administrative functions by executing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. The role involves supporting the implementation of departmental initiatives and policies and contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of HR processes.

The daily

To be involved in the full spectrum of Human Resource & Administration functions such as:

  • Administration Support:
  1. Reception duties, managing the resources booking, payment processing, etc.
  2. Handle internal/external mail, overseas couriers, and shipping documents (when necessary)
  3. Facilities maintenance in upkeeping the preventive and corrective maintenance for office equipment, pantry equipment, AEDs, etc.
  • Human Resource Support:
  1. Assist in the employee welfare & benefits (e.g. CSR committee, Town WSH sub-committee, support in managing of uniforms/PPE replacements, etc.)
  2. Coordinating recruitment and training
  3. General administrative support to Human Resource & Administration department

The essentials

You should possess a Diploma preferably in Business Administration, Business Studies or Engineering. On-the-job coaching will be provided for applicants without work experience.

  • The incumbent should be a team player with initiative, good analytical skills, be meticulous and careful in HR work applications and works.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Note: This is a 1-year contract position (Renewal is subject to business needs and individual performance) and successful incumbent will be emplaced under an outsourced vendor.
