Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional front desk service by greeting and assisting visitors
  • Handle incoming calls, route messages, and respond to enquiries
  • Manage visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Receive, record, and sort mail/deliveries escalate suspicious items when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception area and equipment
  • Monitor staff movements to support visitor coordination
  • Manage inventory and consumables for the reception area
  • Perform administrative and ad hoc clerical duties
  • Support boardroom meetings (attendee coordination, setup, and liaison)

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level with at least 3 credits (including English)
  • Prior receptionist or office-related experience preferred
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is an advantage)
  • Professional, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented

  • Must adhere to grooming and appearance standards
