ReceptionDuties:
(a) Manage school front counter services
(b)Handlingvisitors, parents, staff, students, and addressing their needs
(c) Handling queriesand complaints via phone
(d) Taking and ensuring messages are passed to theappropriate staff
(e) Transferring calls as necessary
(f) Managing office inventory such asstationery and administrative stores
(g) Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail
(h) Handle lost and found process
(i) Manage loanrecords of school items (e.g., uniform, umbrella, etc.)
(j) Provide generaladministrative support to the admin office
(k) Data entry andany other duties assigned by the school
StudentService Duties:
(a) Manage student early release (recording and contactingparents)
(b) Coordinatingbetween Form-Teachers & Student Management Team (SMT) on students movement(e.g., responding quickly to incoming messages and processing them, andalerting the SMT.)
(c) Monitoring students late coming, attendance, CCAattendance (e.g., Involving data entry, collating info, and processing info)
(d) Providing real-time information on attendance info tosupport SMT
(e) Manage students cellphone confiscation process
(f) Assisting in sick bay recording, ambulance recording,incident recording
(g)Manage student lift pass issuance
