Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative R&D Marketing Executive to drive product innovation and brand growth. This role will combine product development, market research, and marketing execution to bring new soy-based products to life and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Lead end-to-end product development for soy powder and related products, from ideation to launch.
  • Work with suppliers and production teams to source ingredients, packaging, and ensure product quality.
  • Conduct product testing and shelf-life studies to meet consumer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Market Research & Insights

  • Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and testing panels to validate product concepts.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
  • Develop product stories, packaging concepts, and brand messaging aligned with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales, digital marketing, and distribution teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, consumer feedback, and sales results to optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, food product development, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of product innovation and consumer research.
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for food, nutrition, and consumer health trends.
