We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors to join our growing team. Whether you're a junior starting your QS journey or a mid-senior professional looking to take on more responsibility, this role offers exposure across diverse projects in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bill of quantities (BQ), cost estimates, tender submissions & variation orders
- Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs and prepare progress claims
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and perform cost comparison
- Manage and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors & vendors
- Monitor project cost, budget and contractual matters to ensure profitability
- Assist in contract administration, documentation, and procurement activities
- Support project teams on cost planning, materials sourcing & progress reporting
- (For mid-senior roles) Lead cost management, value engineering and provide commercial advice to project teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements
Requirements
Junior QS
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or equivalent
- 0-2 years of QS experience (fresh grads welcome, training provided)
- Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
Mid-Senior QS
- 3-6+ years of relevant QS experience in any construction discipline
- Strong understanding of contracts, costing, procurement & VO management
- Independent in handling QS duties for assigned projects
- Experience with tendering, cost control and subcontract management
