A Plumbing and Sanitary Quantity Surveyor (QS) manages all financial and contractual aspects of plumbing projects, from estimation and tendering to final accounts. They are responsible for performing, preparing, analyzing, and monitoring project costs.
Core Responsibilities:
- : Preparing cost estimations, tender submissions, and conducting material take-offs from construction drawings.
- : Managing contract administration, including preparing monthly progress claims, checking subcontractor payments, and evaluating variation orders.
- : Monitoring project budgets, analyzing expenses, and ensuring the project stays within budget.

Requirements:
