Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Responsible for pre & post contract activities in Construction projects
- Liaise with project, purchase and finance team to provide monthly project costing and revenue
- Responsible to update and verify project and production database
- Involve in project budgeting, specification, contract claim and settlement of final statement
- Monthly progress claim and payment certification
- Ensure documents are in line with Company SOP standard
- Other QS duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good numeracy management skill
- Meticulous, analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
