QUANTITY SURVEYORS

Responsibilities

Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations/tendering.

Preparing BQ, Measurement and progress claim.

Assist Project Manager with other duties as may be required from time to time

Requirements

Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent.

( Preferred Work Experience in Renovation & Landed Houses )

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction related industry

Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Flexible, detailed and good organisation and planning skills
