Job Description & Requirements
- Preparing monthly progress claims, progress payment & finalization of accounts.
- Source / Liase / Negotiate of suppliers & vendors on quotations & requirements.
- Handle Subcontractor's progress claims & finalization of accounts.
- Liase with Client / Sub-Contractor for the claims, VO or other contractural matters.
- Follow up Payment Response / Payment from Consultants / Client.
- Assist for tender quotation calling and preparing measurement sheets and quantity take-off as required.
- To handle other assigned duties or related job as required.
Qualification
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similiar
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred
Skills
- Sound knowlegde of construction
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
Training
- In house and / or on the job training
