Job Description & Requirements
The Company is looking for young dynamic personnel to be Quantity Surveyor for high end residential projects.
- Perform sales support role and respond to customer inquiries via email/phone
- Obtain specifications from clients/designers and calculate or measure quantities from floorplan drawing
- Prepare samples and quotations
- Follow up with clients on quotation orders
- Manage invoicing
- Prepare managment reports for costing and cash flow projection on a monthy basis
Requirements
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- IT Skill (s) Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook, MS Office, AutoCAD.
- Strong Team player with good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Preferably Candidate specializing in Quantity Surveying, Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent with Diploma and above certification.
- Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works and costing.
