Job Description &Requirements:
- Manage full quantity surveying duties across entire project lifecycles, from tender stage through to final accounts.
- Prepare timely tender submissions for plumbing, sanitary and gas works, including performing quantity measurement and taking-off.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective project outcomes.
- Assist in contract administration, variation orders (VO), claims, final accounts, settlements and subcontractor payments, throughout project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, quotations, progress claims, and project records.
- Perform all other QS related duties or any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying ,Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of quantity surveying experience in Plumbing Sanitary Gas, M&E or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of measurement, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, contractual compliance, and industry practices, with the ability to review and interpret contractual terms and project requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with drawings and specifications.
