Responsibilities:
- Coordinate preparation of project budgets and cost estimates
- Proficient in using office software,Sending and receiving emails
- Responsible for taking measurements and drafting tender documentation.
- Preparing for tender and analysing the tender returns.
- Assist with pre-qualifications.
- Responsible for the complete cost management and contract administration of the project, including preparing claims and final account settlement.
- Other duties / special assignment as assigned from time to time.
