Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.
Coordinate with project team for the cost estimation for any additional works.
Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.
Requirements
Experience within a Design & Build or similar working environment as a Quantity Surveyor
Preferably specialized in Interior Design or equivalent
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Previous experience of delivering projects with an understanding of challengers faced in terms of skill in time, cost and quality control and how to overcome them and exceed expectations
Knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is a must (To liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
