Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects depending on the company's focus.

Familiarity with tendering, contract administration, and project cost control.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.

Proficiency in cost estimating, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, and cost planning.

Experience with construction management software such as:

• AutoCAD / Revit (for basic drawing understanding)

• Microsoft Excel, MS Project

• Costing software like Buildsoft, CostX, or Candy
  Understanding of

  contracts and legal aspects

  in construction (FIDIC, NEC, or local standards).
