• draft contractual letters and submit claims on time.
• prepare and follow up on payment applications and final accounts.
• issue work orders, process sub-contractor payments, and close accounts.
• ensure accurate and complete measurement of works.
• submit insurance claims promptly with full details

knowledge and skills

• degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering.
• 2-3 years experience in foundation or ground works.
• detail-oriented and self-driven.
• proficient in Microsoft Office.
• willing to travel across Singapore
