Quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, Variation Orders and Final Accounts with Clients.
To review progress of all on-going projects and preparation of monthly progress claim submissions to Clients as well as evaluates and prepare Subcontractors claims.
Undertaking duties/assignments as and when appropriately assigned by the HOD/Superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Tender and Estimating Works.
Able to read and understand Drawings well.
Extensive knowledge and experience in estimating construction projects.
Knowledge of Structural Steel works will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Standard Conditions of Contracts and Sub-contracts.
High proficiency with Microsoft office software in Excel and Word.
With good interpersonal and communication skills.
Can work under pressure.
Working Hours:
5.5-day work week, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:25pm, Sat (Alternate Saturday Off) 8am-1200noon.
