Job Summary
Measure and tabulate tender and project quantities for waterproofing works. Prepare drawings and calculations using AutoCAD. Submit proposals and claims for projects. Liaise with site personnel to verify work completed on site.
Responsibilities
- Measure and tabulate quantities for tenders and waterproofing projects to ensure accurate cost estimation
- Use AutoCAD to prepare detailed drawings and perform calculations for project planning and execution
- Submit proposals and claims for both existing and new projects to support contract and payment processes
- Liaise with site personnel to measure and verify work completed on site, ensuring alignment with project specifications
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field
Other Information
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Salary will be commensurate with experience
