  • Prepares and submits cost estimates for potential variation works
  • Obtains and evaluates quotations from subcontractors/suppliers and prepares comparison table
  • Evaluates subcontractors works and recommends payments
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Accountable for settlement of project final accounts with clients
  • Accountable for preparing and formalizing work orders and subcontract agreements/variation orders/final accounts
