Quantity Surveyor cum Draftsman

Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders/projects

Prepare tender submission.

Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Prepare proposals and quotations for customers.

Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims promptly.

Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors.

Responsible for the independent production of shop drawings and detailed construction drawings proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
