• Tendering works & procurement
• Quantity take-off
• Handle pre and post contractual
• To handle main contractor and subcontractors works
• Progress claims, payments and variation works
• Coordination and Liaison with consultants, maincon, subcon and suppliers
• Correspondence, Letter of Awards, payment certificates
• Able to work independently, pro-active and team player
