Quantity Surveyor

. Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims & progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts

. Research for materials/ furniture/ product costs

. Cost estimation

. Manage all project cost control from initial calculations to final figures

. Handle quotation and pricing with contractors

. Evaluating Contractor's proposal and specifications

. Minimize project cost while achieving required standards and quality

. Degree/ diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Building

. Fluent written and spoken English required

. Min 3 years working experience in Singapore, preferably with interior fitting-out work

. Responsible, self- motivated and enthusiastic

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word

. Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
